Hero of the Year Finalist Presented with Key to the City
David Puckett, a Savannah man who is in the running to become CNN's Hero of the Year, got some recognition right at home today.
He was nominated because of his work in Mexico. For the last nine years, Puckett has traveled there to fit amputees with prosthetics and orthopedic braces.
